        Moving to Salesforce usually takes 3 to 5 months. For setups with fewer than 100,000 records and not much customization, we can finish in about 6 to 8 weeks. After that, we offer ongoing support that includes quarterly health checks, training, and advice on where you're getting value from Salesforce and where you're not.

        When examining your current setup, we figure out how all the systems connect. Then, we rebuild those connections using Salesforce’s latest and most reliable methods. We test it, fix it, and switch you over. In addition, we pre-plan for Salesforce’s updates to keep your connections stable in the long run. At the end, we hand over guidance, so your team understands how systems work.

        Your closed deals, resolved cases, and old campaigns — we bring all of it over with the original timestamps, ownership history, and audit trails. Also, we rebuild your dashboards so they look familiar. The goal is for your team to open Salesforce on day one and not feel like they're working with something new.

        We plan for it. At every phase, there's a backup. If something critical breaks during cutover, we can quickly roll back to your previous CRM. In practice, we haven't had to do a full rollback in a long time, but the option is always there, and your team should know that going in. It tends to make the go-live weekend a lot less stressful.

        We train your employees with a focus on their daily tasks. We involve users early in the design phase, so the system reflects how they work, not how someone assumed they do. In addition, we find internal "champions" to help their peers.
