That's a big part of what we do. Using APIs, we connect your AI to systems like ERP, Zendesk, or Salesforce. That means your chatbot can check order history, create support tickets, or access customer data in real time.

A basic FAQ bot would take 2 to 12 weeks to implement. A more advanced assistant (handling bookings, account updates, etc.) typically takes 6–12 weeks. As part of the consulting phase, you’ll receive a more precise timeline.
