Yes. Infrastructure monitoring is performed 24/7/365. Support is available at varying levels, including standard business hours, round-the-clock coverage Monday through Friday, and 24/7 with an after-hours premium.

We have several practices in place to continually test and validate disaster recovery capabilities, including but not limited to: daily automated backups with integrity checks; weekly restore tests of random files/servers; monthly full disaster recovery fire drills; and annual 3rd-party validation. We also provide a signed quarterly report on backup and disaster recovery reliability.

A layered approach is used: next-gen AV + EDR, constant monitoring 24/7 by our security operations center, vulnerability scanning every 48 hours, automated patching for all systems within 24 hours of release, firewall and DNS filtering, and dark web credential monitoring — all in place.

Seamlessly, we will act as your co-managed IT partner. You will maintain control, and we will take care of overflow, after-hours, specialized work (cloud and security), or Level 1 & 2 help desk support. Communication is available via Slack or Teams, with shared ticketing offered as an option.

Yes, we have experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Hyper-V, and physical servers. Our teams will provide unified visibility through a single pane (Datadog/LogicMonitor) as well as identity management across both on-prem AD and Azure AD.

The initial phase is about service kickoff, where we agree on scope, responsibilities, and expectations. Next, we validate your IT readiness and discover your environment to obtain a complete view of your infrastructure. After this, your team shares knowledge with us, and finally, we deploy all necessary tools. The first weeks of maintenance are typically about putting out the biggest fires and prioritizing critical issues.
