Our team traveled thousands of kilometers to take part in Gitex, one of the world’s largest hi-tech events for technology companies and startups. This year, the exhibition hosted more than 4,500 companies and over 100,000 visitors from 170 countries across 26 halls and 2 million square feet of exhibition space.
Gitex covered a wide range of technology areas, including the metaverse, AI, Web3, blockchain, 6G, cloud computing, fintech, and big data. The event gave us a strong chance to meet international companies, build new connections, and present our solutions to potential clients and partners.
Innowise was represented by Sergei Molchanov, Head of Design, Matvey Matveyeu, VP of Partnerships, and Alex Chekel, Head of Business Development. Over five busy days, the team explored new products, spoke with industry peers, and followed how emerging technologies are being applied across different markets.

Innowise took part in Education Korea in Seoul, one of the world’s largest education conferences that connects global experts and companies working with learning technologies. The event gave us a strong platform to present practical solutions and meet with the international education community.
Our expert, Sergey Molchanov, presented the VOKA Anatomy Pro project for medical education. At the booth, he also shared our work in AR, VR, and MR development, as well as 3D design and animation for education use cases. As a result of the event, we established new business contacts, including Illumetry’s CEO and the Korean division of TRICOMTEK.

Our COO, Vladimir Gladkikh, attended Consensus 2023 in Austin, Texas, one of the largest events focused on Web3 and cryptocurrencies. During the conference, he listened to industry speakers, joined discussions with founders and tech leaders, and explored current approaches to blockchain use in real projects. Consensus joined a global IT community and served as a space for open exchange around challenges facing the crypto sector today.
The event also gave space to build new connections and strengthen ties with people working across the Web3 ecosystem. Through these discussions, Vladimir shared Innowise’s experience in blockchain and IT delivery, confirming our practical approach and readiness to work with partners on complex real-world solutions.

Innowise joined the annual Sub0 conference in Lisbon, a major event for the Polkadot community and Web3 developers. It was a great chance to meet people in person, share experiences, and discuss everyday blockchain challenges.
Andrew Nalichaev and Alexander Kalinovsky represented the company at the Vitreus One booth. They presented Vitreus, vNode, and COMPLiQ, demonstrated the vAPP test application, and shared hands-on experience from building blockchain infrastructure.
The team also discussed Web3 identity topics, DID options, decentralized data storage, tokenization, and business-focused blockchains. We thank everyone who stopped by the booth, joined the discussions, and shared their time and ideas with us.

In October, Innowise took part in the international sports robotics competition First Global Challenge in Singapore, with Eugene Govor representing the company. The event united teams, engineers, and organizations from around the world working in robotics and embedded systems.
During the competition, we focused on building new connections with robotics and embedded technology partners, meeting representatives of technical educational institutions in Singapore, and speaking with electronics manufacturers and large industry players. We also exchanged practical development experience with competitors and explored technical solutions presented during the event, making the visit both productive and valuable for future cooperation.

Gitex Global welcomed participants from more than 170 countries to discuss current topics in information and communications technology, including artificial intelligence, telecommunications, cybersecurity, digital services, mobility, sustainability, and virtual environments. The event served as a large meeting point for technology companies, public sector representatives, and industry experts.
During the conference, our VP of Partnerships, Matvey Matveev, met with existing partners from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the USA, and Germany to discuss cooperation priorities for 2024. He also spoke with representatives of UAE government agencies, learning from their experience in large-scale digitalization across public services and sharing our own practical experience in similar projects.
In addition, Matvey held meetings with new companies, established new contacts, and assessed how Innowise’s current direction compares with global technology trends.

Our team visited the Web3 Summit in Vilnius, a regional conference focused on Web3 technologies. The agenda included a wide range of technical talks and exhibition stands, which allowed our colleagues to meet new people, speak with potential partners, exchange practical views, and get a clear sense of how actively Web3 development is supported in Lithuania.
During the event, Vladislav shared his experience from working with large international companies, offering a practical view on operations and business growth. Andrew, our cryptocurrency expert, took part in discussions around crypto-economic models and project structure, exchanging views on current market needs and technical approaches.
The summit confirmed the value of direct meetings and open discussion for building future cooperation.

We had the opportunity to attend Web Summit 2023 in Lisbon, one of the largest global tech events, which attracted around 70,000 professionals from across industries. Taking part in such a large-scale conference is both a responsibility and a chance to share real project experience while learning from the wider tech community.
At the event, Veronika Zhuk, CEO of VOKA, represented the company’s work in MedTech and healthcare, focusing on 3D, VR, and XR web and mobile solutions used in medical practice and education. Her participation centered on practical product use and real challenges faced by healthcare teams.
Alex Chekel, Andrew Nalichaev, and Alexander Kalinovsky joined the exhibition as part of our partner Vitreus, a provider of blockchain-based solutions. Together, they discussed blockchain use in real business cases and exchanged experiences with visitors and partners.
Beyond the exhibition, the team attended multiple talks, held meetings, and built new contacts. Web Summit 2023 proved to be a productive space for discussion, knowledge exchange, and future cooperation.

From December 11 to 14, our team took part in IT Tage, a large IT conference in Frankfurt focused on software development, architecture, AI, databases, DevOps, Agile practices, and management.
At our booth, we presented a VR game inspired by Duck Hunt, which quickly drew attention from attendees. More than 200 visitors took part, trying the game and spending time with our team to discuss VR use in entertainment and beyond. The game became a natural meeting point for conversation and exchange.
VOKA, our 3D catalog of human anatomy, also attracted strong interest. Visitors explored the solution using the Illumetry XR display and examined the detailed, realistic 3D human models. Many discussions centered on how 3D visualization and XR tools can be applied in education, healthcare, and training.
Beyond product demos, the event gave us space to meet new contacts, talk with potential partners, and attend sessions on AI and ML, cloud technologies, DevOps, security, and related topics. These conversations and lectures added practical context to the topics shaping current IT work.

The IT conference season has kicked off, and we started it by attending the E-commerce Berlin Expo. The event turned out to be a strong start for us, both in terms of recognition and new connections.
At the expo, Innowise took second place in the “Best Technical Development” category for our Virtual 3D fashion showroom project. The award ceremony set the tone for the event, and the interest around our booth the following day confirmed the strong response from attendees.
We also held many productive conversations with booth visitors and potential partners, including several pre-scheduled meetings. These discussions focused on real project needs, technical challenges, and cooperation formats. Meeting so many people involved in e-commerce development made the experience especially valuable.

Two conferences in one trip. That was the agenda for Alex, our Head of Business Development (UK), during his visit to London, where he attended two events held at ExCeL London.
One conference focused on education technology, while the other was dedicated to HR solutions. Alongside attending sessions, Alex shared our company’s services and project experience with attendees, discussed real client cases, and exchanged views with industry peers.
The visit resulted in new contacts, practical takeaways, and discussions that support our work across both domains.

Industry conferences are especially important for us because they are where we build and strengthen strategic partnerships, talk directly about our services and achievements, and learn from the experiences of top global experts.
A strong example is eMerge Americas, which took place on April 18–19 and was attended by Egor Grishenko, our VP of sales for the USA and Canada. The conference joined technology companies, founders, investors, and decision-makers from around the world and created a focused environment for business discussions and cooperation.
During eMerge Americas, Egor met with potential partners, discussed Innowise’s services and completed projects, and explored opportunities for future collaboration. The event provided space for direct conversations about business needs, current challenges, and how technology teams can support upcoming initiatives.
Participation in events like eMerge Americas helps us expand our partner network, stay informed about global market directions, and apply shared expertise to our work with clients in North America and beyond.

On June 5, Alex Chekel met with representatives of the City of Glasgow College to discuss cooperation opportunities. During the meeting, Alex presented the VOKA 3D Anatomy & Pathology atlas and walked the team through its core features, focusing on how the product is used in medical education and training.
VOKA 3D Anatomy & Pathology is a medical and e-learning platform with detailed 3D models of human anatomy and pathologies. It is designed for students, educators, and medical professionals who need clear visual tools to support learning, teaching, and clinical explanation.
The discussion also covered possible long-term partnership formats and ways VOKA could be applied within the college’s educational programs. The meeting opened the door to further conversations about supporting medical education through practical digital tools aligned with the college’s teaching goals.

Alex Chekel represented our team at HLTH Europe, the largest healthcare innovation conference in Europe. During the event, he presented the VOKA 3D Anatomy & Pathology atlas to an international audience of 3,500 participants from more than 50 countries. He demonstrated the full functionality of the product and explained how it is used in healthcare workflows, from education to clinical practice.
HLTH Europe connected healthcare providers, technology companies, startups, and investors, creating a focused space for discussion and direct exchange. The conference agenda covered current challenges in healthcare, practical technology use, and near-term directions for the industry.

At our joint stand, we welcomed healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and innovators to experience firsthand how our solutions are shaping the future of medical education, diagnostics, and digital health.
Visitors explored VOKA 3D Anatomy & Pathology, a unique 2-in-1 3D atlas combining normal anatomy and gross pathology with over 400 detailed models, and watched immersive 3D medical animations designed to support both professional training and patient engagement. We also shared best practices for migrating from i.s.h.med to HealthShare by our partner InterSystems.
The event was a valuable opportunity to connect with domain experts, discuss the latest in health IT, medical imaging, and mobile health. MEDICA 2024 was a packed and productive few days, and we’re proud to have been part of such a forward-thinking gathering.

Andrew Nalichaev and Sergei Molchanov traveled to DevCon in Bangkok to meet with a key client for whom Innowise is building a full ecosystem on top of their blockchain (Haust Network). From sustainable packaging and child-safe designs to collaboration between CPOs and CDMOs, the event offered insights into practical challenges and fresh approaches. Key players like AstraZeneca and Team Consulting shared real-world strategies for developing eco-friendly, cost-effective delivery systems.

Integrated Systems Europe 2025 hosted AV and systems integration experts from 170 countries, confirming its status as the industry’s go-to tech event. With zones covering digital signage, pro audio, DooH, live events, unified communications, and content production, the show offered a bird’s-eye view of where AV is heading next.
It gave us a global platform to connect, learn, and bring fresh ideas back to our work. Once again, ISE proved that while technology moves fast, real progress starts with in-person conversations.

Our blockchain domain expert, Andrew Nalichaev, attended Polish Blockchain Week 2025 with the main focus on the Next Block Expo in Warsaw. The week united Web3 professionals to discuss AI integration, DeFi, NFTs, fundraising, taxation, security, and current trends such as TradFi and meme coins, with support from partners like Polygon, Google, TON, and Binance.
After the expo, Andrew joined a brainstorming session on Polkadot development in Central Europe, where representatives from seven countries exchanged ideas on real-world applications and regional adoption.

From California’s coast to the deserts of the Southwest, and all the way up through the Pacific Northwest, our team hit the road with a packed schedule and a clear purpose to meet clients in person, dig into real challenges, and talk about where tech fits into their growth plans.
Across nearly 8,700 kilometers, we had 19 face-to-face meetings, made 16 fuel stops, and held zero idle time. But the real takeaway was the in-person conversations that focused on how our tech can help teams grow, adapt, and move forward.

The Pharma Days was a closed-door event that welcomed pharma professionals, suppliers, and decision-makers for in-depth conversations about how digital tools are transforming pharma manufacturing and how companies are putting sustainable practices into action.

The Educational Technology Conference in Muscat gathered EdTech leaders, educators, and policymakers to explore how immersive tech is changing medical education in Oman. Held under the patronage of Dr. Rahma bint Ibrahim Al Mahrouqiyah, Oman’s Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, the event marked a key step in the country’s move toward digital healthcare training.

Wydarzenie gromadzi dostawców robotyki, twórców oprogramowania, integratorów, naukowców i profesjonalistów z branży, aby zaprezentować aktualne rozwiązania z zakresu robotyki przemysłowej, automatyki, oprogramowania do sterowania robotami, robotów mobilnych i systemów sterowanych AI.
