Egor Danilkov leads the .NET Department at Innowise — a nearly 200-member team of engineers solving complex business challenges through elegant backend architecture. Having started his IT journey as a .NET developer, Egor quickly grew into leadership roles, where his talent for mentoring and clear communication flourished. Today, he’s not only driving technical excellence but also building a supportive, growth-focused culture for hundreds of engineers.

Experience overview

Egor began his career as a .NET developer in 2018, driven by a strong interest in building practical, reliable software. As his experience grew, so did his responsibilities — by 2022, he was leading teams and managing complex projects across both startups and enterprise environments. His technical background spans full-stack development (.NET + Angular), microservices, legacy system support, and cloud solutions on Azure.

In January 2023, Egor became Head of the .NET Department and has since more than doubled its size.

Hobbies and interests

Egor brings the same energy and attention to detail to his hobbies as he does to his work. He’s big on travel, enjoys long road trips, and gets a real thrill out of drifting. He’s also recently taken up diving and now explores underwater spots around the world. These experiences help him recharge — and often spark fresh ideas he brings back to the team.
