Summarize article with AI

MedSpa Network helps aesthetic medicine professionals build their skills and grow their practices through injector training, anatomy education, group purchasing, and medical directorships. It also works with manufacturers on training programs, product distribution, validation, and clinical studies, connecting the people developing aesthetic products with the professionals who use them.

We already had a pretty good idea of what we wanted going into it, and Innowise did a great job of taking that direction and turning it into a finished website. We met with the team every week to review the progress, talk through what we liked, and make changes as we went. It was an extremely collaborative process, and the team was very flexible when it came to our change requests.

Challenge

MedSpa Network wanted a website it could proudly share with prospective clients and partners — a pitch deck for the business. Its existing site fell short, both as an introduction to the brand and as a tool the team could use every day.

  • Core services lacked the presentation needed to convey MedSpa Network’s expertise.
  • Injectors and industry partners had different needs, but the site offered no clear starting point for either audience.
  • Routine content changes were difficult to manage without developer support.
  • Broken pages and empty content blocks left gaps in the visitor experience.
  • Limited internal linking made it difficult to move between related services and information.
  • The rebuild needed to support interactive media and varied page layouts across desktop and mobile without making the backend harder to manage.

Solution

Innowise rebuilt MedSpa Network’s website around two priorities: presenting the brand’s expertise and making everyday content updates easy for its team. The result was a 27-page WordPress website, combining refreshed core page designs with reusable blocks.

Content updates in the client’s hands

MedSpa Network needed a straightforward way to update service pages, add training details, and keep partner information current. We introduced a custom drag-and-drop builder that lets the team:

  • Add, remove, and reorder content blocks.
  • Swap hero background images.
  • Adjust pagination settings.

A built-in Block Guide explains how each component works, while an admin guide supports routine website management. Together, these tools give the client a practical way to make changes independently.

A welcoming first screen for each audience

An injector looking for training and a manufacturer exploring a partnership arrive with different questions. The redesigned homepage gives each a clear starting point through dedicated For Injectors and For Partners routes.

An animated video hero opens into a full-width split, bringing movement to the introduction. At the client’s request, we also added a Sales Rep Login section linking to its existing portal.

Across the service pages, the language became more specific to the audience. For example, the partner-facing Medical Directorships page became Medical Leadership | Multilocation to better communicate the offering.

Interactive service and education content

MedSpa Network’s work is highly visual, from anatomy education to clinical results. We used interactive content to help visitors explore that expertise:

  • Training pages: manipulable 3D models with layouts adapted for mobile.
  • Clinical Studies: a four-step process supported by 3D before-and-after imaging and automatically numbered blocks.
  • Case studies: photo and graph carousels, with a sticky section tracker to help visitors navigate longer stories.
  • About Us: video, a people slider, and Google Maps to introduce the team and its location.

A shared sliding-card carousel brought a consistent interaction across the site.

Straightforward ways to get in touch

Once visitors find a relevant service, they need a clear next step. Contact and Get-a-Quote forms provide direct enquiry routes, while the shop presents a catalogue with enquiries. Upcoming events appear in a simple chronological list.

Behind the forms, server-side validation, sanitization, and CAPTCHA help handle submissions, with Mailgun supporting transactional email.

A foundation for everyday management

The website runs on the client’s AWS Lightsail hosting with SSL. Alongside the content tools, we configured:

  • A role-based model for managing access.
  • Basic SEO through a sitemap, robots configuration, and Yoast SEO.
  • Localization groundwork to support future language needs.

Regular reviews from design to launch

Weekly demonstrations kept MedSpa Network involved as the website took shape. The client reviewed designs and implementation, and the team incorporated feedback along the way.

Development began in April, followed by QA in May and accessibility, performance, SEO, and content checks into early June. BrowserStack, Google Lighthouse, and Chrome DevTools supported the quality checks. The website then moved into client acceptance testing before formal sign-off.

Taking this one to the finish line was a pleasure. We ran weekly demos the whole way through, and their team came to each one with decisions already made, so nothing at acceptance came as a surprise. The result I'd point to is that the MedSpa team stopped needing us for routine changes — we built the blocks so they could rebuild a page themselves, wrote the guide that explains each one, and by the end they were already doing it without us.

Results

Project duration

April 2026 – June 2026

MedSpa Network set out to get a website that represented its brand. It came away with a site its team can manage independently and, according to the client, one that is bringing in plenty of leads.

  • 27 pages showcasing the business. Training, medical leadership, partner services, and company information now have dedicated space, with clear routes to enquire.
  • Everyday updates back in the client’s hands. The WordPress block builder, built-in Block Guide, and admin guide let the team refresh content and adjust layouts without calling on developers for each change.
  • The new website is bringing in leads (from 1 lead a month to 3–5 a week) — and the client reports that ChatGPT has spotlighted MedSpa Network as an industry leader.

MedSpa Network’s confidence in the team carried beyond launch, with the client returning to entrust Innowise with more work.
