Vitaly began his career as a software engineer, building a strong foundation in Java, backend development, and software architecture. His technical experience includes ERP and fintech solutions, where system reliability, integration, and long-term maintainability are essential.

He joined Innowise as a Java developer in 2020. In 2023, he moved into staffing leadership, coordinating engineering capacity and helping match project requirements with the right technical expertise.

In 2026, Vitaly became Head of ERP Development and later Head of Digital Transformation. His current responsibilities cover transformation strategy, operational improvement, and the implementation of technology across business-critical processes. His engineering background helps him evaluate whether proposed solutions are technically sound, while his management experience keeps initiatives grounded in practical business priorities.

Hobbies and interests

Outside of work, Vitaly follows developments in artificial intelligence and regularly experiments with new tools and emerging technologies.

He also enjoys chess, which appeals to his interest in strategy, pattern recognition, and thoughtful decision-making. Scuba diving offers a different kind of challenge, requiring preparation, discipline, and focus while giving him the opportunity to explore unfamiliar environments.
