Our consultants look at how your business works and where ERP fits. They help set the strategy, choose the right approach, and guide key decisions throughout the project.
After you choose the ERP, our team configures it to align with your processes and user roles. Before launch, we test key workflows with users and guide them through daily use.
Innowise develops ERP software with your workflows and business rules in mind. Our engineers build custom modules and connect the ERP with your existing software.
Our team updates ERP versions and modernizes legacy platforms, from Odoo upgrades to SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations, checking custom code and integrations first.
Standard ERP features don’t always match how your company works. Our specialists adapt them and build extensions where the existing functionality falls short.
ERP data often needs to move across several business systems. Our integration specialists connect those tools and reduce the need to re-enter the same information.
When you move to another ERP platform or environment, our team maps your data to the new structure and carefully validates it before you switch systems.
Our QA specialists test the ERP against the business scenarios your teams rely on. We also check access and performance and document any issues before release.
Keep your ERP useful as daily work and requirements change. Our support teams investigate incidents and performance issues, then plan further improvements.

Innowise teams have delivered over 100 ERP projects on major platforms and custom business systems. Some started from scratch; others involved reworking existing ERP environments across a range of industries. No matter the challenge, we know how to make sense of what’s already there and what needs to change.

Our ERP partnerships give clients access to teams with vendor-recognized platform expertise and certified specialists across key technologies.
Our Microsoft partnership gives ERP teams a direct route to the vendor when a platform-specific question needs deeper input. That can shorten the path to an answer compared with standard support.
Innowise is an Odoo Ready Partner, so our teams stay close to product updates and partner resources. If a platform-specific question comes up, they can take it directly to Odoo through the partner channel.
As a certified SAP partner, Innowise gets early access to new releases and ongoing training through SAP Learning Hub. That helps our teams stay current with SAP guidance for upgrades and system changes.
The module set depends on your business processes and budget. Innowise develops the ERP functionality you need and adds automation where it cuts repetitive manual work.
For finance, we configure general ledger, payables, receivables, budgeting, tax, and reporting so teams work from the same data and follow the same controls.
Sales and CRM modules link leads, quotes, orders, pricing, and invoicing. We configure the flow so customer and order data stays consistent through the sales cycle.
Employee records sit at the center. Our team configures leave, time tracking, payroll-related workflows, and access rules according to HR roles and local requirements.
Innowise connects purchase requests with supplier, inventory, and finance data, so teams can see what they need to buy and track each order through receipt and payment.
Warehouse teams need stock data they can act on. Our experts configure receiving, storage, picking, and transfers, with barcode or RFID support where the process calls for it.
For manufacturing, we define BOMs and production based on how work moves on the shop floor, so material use stays tied to each production run.
Project and service work is easier to manage when you can see exactly what each job costs. We set up ERP modules that connect time records with billing for each piece of work.
Documents and work instructions stay linked to the relevant ERP records. Our team sets access and approval rules, so employees can find what they need without digging.

AI agents & copilots for ERP | We build copilots that answer questions from ERP data and work with business documents. For agents that act in the system, we define access and approval rules with your team. |
Integration layer / iPaaS | ERP rarely works alone. We build API and middleware links to business systems, including EDI and legacy tools, and use iPaaS where it fits the required data flows and setup. |
BI, analytics & data platform | When native ERP reports are too limited, our data team builds a reporting layer or data warehouse that brings ERP data together for broader analysis across the business. |
Warehouse & logistics automation (WMS) | Warehouse automation has to follow how goods actually move from receipt to dispatch. Our team adds scanning and picking logic, then connects carrier or 3PL workflows to ERP or WMS. |
Customer, supplier & partner portals | Customers, suppliers, and partners do not need direct access to your ERP system. We create role-based portals for orders, stock, invoices, and documents using the same ERP data. |
Workflow automation & document processing | We build invoice capture and approval flows with OCR and RPA, then connect ERP to e-invoicing services such as KSeF and account for ViDA-related data and reporting changes. |
First, our team reviews current processes and systems, then defines the project goals and scope for the ERP project.
Before choosing a system, our specialists compare ERP options with your needs and setup to see where standard modules fit and where custom work makes sense.
Once the target setup is clear, we turn it into a working delivery plan, assign owners, and schedule migration and launch around key business dates.
Our engineers configure ERP and develop the custom functions your business needs. Your team reviews features as the system takes shape.
Before cutover, our team maps and tests the data migration to the new ERP, documenting what transfers and how records are transformed.
QA experts test workflows, integrations, permissions, migrated data, and performance. If a change touches existing ERP behavior, we also run regression tests on the affected areas.
We prepare the production release and cutover, then set up user access. Each user group gets training on the tasks they will perform after launch.
Once ERP goes live, our team investigates issues and reviews change requests with you. We decide what to improve next based on your priorities.

This October, Innowise is heading back on the road, with a new US roadshow taking us across 13 cities from Detroit to Chicago.
If there’s one thing our previous roadshows have shown us, it’s how much better some conversations are in person. It’s a chance to catch up properly, talk through ideas without rushing, and sometimes discover opportunities that simply wouldn’t come up over email or on a call.
This time, Vasili Kovalevich, SVP of Business Development, Egor Grishenko, VP of Business Development, and Egor Chareichyk, Sales Director, will be travelling across the US throughout October. They already have meetings lined up with some of our current clients, but we’d also love to meet new people along the way.
So, if you’re based in one of these cities and have a project in mind, a technology challenge you’d like to talk through, or you’re simply curious about what working with Innowise could look like, come and say hello.
It doesn’t have to be a formal meeting or a big presentation. Sometimes a coffee and a good conversation are all it takes to see whether there’s something worth exploring together.
Going to be nearby? Let’s meet. Get in touch with our team and we’ll find a time that works.
