Innowise has recently uncovered a serious issue: fraudsters are pretending to be us and sending fake invoices to our clients and other businesses we’re not associated with.

Rest assured, we’ve already gathered details on several similar cases, and our legal team has filed a report with the authorities to help track down the fraudsters responsible.

Innowise places a high value on transparency in our communication with clients, and our invoicing process is carefully structured and thoroughly refined to ensure clarity and consistency.

We first agree on the scope and type of work, including payment terms, specific timelines, and all other necessary aspects. Once both parties consent to the terms, we move forward with signing a formal contract that outlines the essential details of interest to both sides.

Invoices are only issued after a contract is finalized. To maintain accuracy and transparency, our sales manager reviews and approves the completed scope of work before any invoice is issued.
