His background in procurement and international logistics gives him a practical understanding of the operational workflows ERP systems need to support. He stays closely involved in project discovery and solution design, ensuring that Odoo configurations reflect how each client’s business actually works.

Experience overview

Nikita has around nine years of professional experience, including more than five years focused on Odoo implementations for companies across different countries and industries.

He began his career in operational roles, working as a purchase engineer from 2017 to 2018 and as a transport engineer in international logistics from 2018 to 2021. This experience gave him direct exposure to procurement, supplier coordination, inventory movement, and the everyday challenges behind business operations.

In 2021, Nikita moved into Odoo business analysis. Since then, he has worked across the full implementation cycle, including discovery, process analysis, requirements definition, solution configuration, demonstrations, integrations, and user training.

He became Head of Odoo Practice at Innowise in 2025. In this role, he develops the practice’s delivery methods, supports presales and solution scoping, strengthens team expertise, and oversees Odoo implementations for international clients.

Hobbies and interests

Outside of work, Nikita enjoys traveling and exploring new places by motorcycle. He also spends time working in the garage, where he can focus on practical tasks and see the direct result of hands-on work.
