Head of Embedded & C++

Eugene is Head of the Embedded & C++ Department, leading a team of 30+ experts. His journey into tech started with sports robotics competitions in his teenage years: what began as a curious hobby quickly turned into a lifelong passion. From representing his country on the international stage to launching a full-fledged robotics and electronics department from scratch, Eugene has always been driven by the thrill of solving complex problems with hands-on creativity.

Experience overview

Before entering the commercial space, Eugene made his mark in international robotics competitions: he led his team to win the 2019 FIRST Global Challenge and later coached the silver-medal team in 2022. These experiences helped shape his collaborative mindset and hands-on leadership approach.

In 2021, Eugene entered commercial development and quickly grew into a senior role. As Head of Embedded & C++, he oversees architecture design, code quality, hardware-software integration, and team mentoring. He’s led projects from concept to production, managed cross-functional teams, and collaborated closely with product owners and clients to align tech solutions with business goals. His portfolio includes impactful projects across MedTech, sports tech, and consumer electronics.

Hobbies and interests

Eugene has always been a team player — literally. He played handball in school and still carries that love for teamwork into his professional life. Outside the office, you’ll often find him surrounded by wires and sensors, tinkering with new electronics projects just for fun. For him, the line between work and hobby is wonderfully blurred.
