In August, Innowise ran the Summer Challenge, a company-wide activity that brought together colleagues from different teams and locations.
Participants could choose from 65 tasks across five categories: impressions, sports, food, Innowise, and other. Each completed task earned points, with bonus days when scores were doubled or even tripled during set hours. To keep things easy and fun, we used a dedicated bot where employees shared photos and videos of their activities.
The challenge wrapped up with prizes for the most active and creative participants. This year’s top three were Mary Burdo from Python, Dzima Sidarenka from Marketing, and Egor Adamovich from DevOps.
More than anything, the Summer Challenge showed just how diverse and energetic the Innowise team is. From football, cycling, and wakeboarding to cooking, design, and spontaneous team meetups, colleagues jumped in with enthusiasm and ideas. It was a great reminder that our team brings the same energy and creativity to life as they do to work.
