Innowise and Hays celebrate two years of successful partnership

This month, Andrew Robilko, Sales Director DACH3 at Innowise, visited the Hays team in Mannheim, Germany. It was a great chance to reconnect in person, review what we’ve achieved together, and talk about what lies ahead.

Over the past two years, teams from different technical backgrounds have been working side by side with Hays. In 2024, that joint effort translated into almost four times the growth. We expanded our work within existing accounts at major German companies and kicked off new projects with new clients.

Hays continues to play a key role as a specialist recruitment and workforce solutions provider, supporting areas such as skills development, career transitions, and employer branding. Working together has shown what consistent cooperation and shared goals can deliver.

Looking toward 2025, we’re setting new targets and getting ready to take on bigger challenges together.
