Year in review with the CEO

Toward the end of December, Innowise held a series of in-person meetings with company leadership across its offices. Our CEO, Pável Orlov, personally visited each location, met with employees, summed up the results of 2022, and shared the company’s vision and priorities for the year ahead. In several offices, Global Development Director Ivan Shatukha also joined the discussions.

The meetings covered a wide range of important topics, including team growth and the opening of new offices, key achievements of 2022, company values and goals at both global and local levels, and Innowise’s capabilities and expectations for different departments. Leadership also spoke openly about growth maps, language support programs, roles and challenges for managers and project coordinators, as well as assessments, compensation, bench management, and employee benefits.

Employees had the opportunity to ask questions, share feedback, and reflect on current challenges and future opportunities together with leadership. With these discussions behind us, the company moved into 2023 with clarity, focus, and shared motivation.
