The Innowise Warsaw team attended Targi Pracy IT, hosted at the Faculty of Mathematics of the University of Warsaw, in the main building of the Warsaw University of Technology.
The event brought together students, graduates, and IT professionals interested in career paths within the tech sector. Our team was on site to discuss what it’s like to work at Innowise, how our teams are structured, and what skills are in demand across different roles.
HR representatives shared details about internships, entry-level roles, and career development paths, while our developers shared their daily work, tech stacks, and real project experience in areas such as frontend, Java, .NET, and Python.
It was great to see a steady flow of students at our booth, along with a strong interest in open roles and learning opportunities. These events allow us to come face-to-face with future specialists and keep an open dialogue with the academic community.
