Experience overview

Nikita began as a Golang engineer, working across areas like network management, security, automation, and cloud systems. Along the way, he got curious about team dynamics and leadership. He even organized international Golang courses, managed the content, and shared what he’d learned with the dev community around the world.

Nikita joined Innowise as a team lead on a banking product, where his mix of tech skills and big-picture thinking helped him grow into a technical product lead. From there, it was a natural move into his current role as Head of the Node.js department. Now, he’s using everything he’s picked up — from backend architecture to team management — to build strong teams and deliver real results to businesses.

What drives him most is a clear vision of where things should go, along with the excitement of chasing new challenges to achieve it.

Hobbies and interests

Nikita loves spending time on the golf course, enjoying the focus and satisfaction that come with every good shot. He’s also a big fan of Formula 1 and lives as if life is one big race.
