Innowise has developed an engaging NFT minting website with a tiered rarity system for an NFT collection of 3D space heroes.
Our client is a design agency delivering 3D animation, game asset creation, and website design services to clients worldwide. They’ve conceived a concept for NFT collectibles. These space hero NFTs will reside on blockchain and leverage smart contracts to manage ownership transfer and rarity distribution. Each character has varying rarities, adding to their collectability. The collectibles are available for purchase through popular e-wallets.

Non-fungible tokens, or NFTs, have gained immense popularity among brands as another revenue stream and a way to gain customer recognition. These tokens ensure the authentication and uniqueness of specific products, making them valuable to collectors and fans who want to own authentic goods.
Our client, recognizing this potential, came up with the idea to create an NFT collection featuring a series of 3D animated characters. This project aimed to achieve multiple goals, including generating an additional revenue stream, increasing brand awareness, and building a strong NFT community. They entrusted Innowise’s team with implementing the project concept, integrating smart contracts, web interface development, and adding interactive elements to improve the user experience.
The Innowise development team took on the technical implementation of the client’s designs and project functionality. We integrated the provided design layouts into the highly interactive web interface, ensuring they adapt to different screen resolutions.
Our team also developed functionality for purchasing digital assets via smart contracts, guaranteeing transaction safety. Our objective was to create a user-friendly interface that aligns with project standards to provide the highest performance possible.
The Innowise team built the web application, enabling users to access features from any web browser. We developed the homepage and standard pages (FAQ, About, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use), and integrated them with Discord and OpenSea. Also, we created a minting page, wallet connection functionality, and implemented smart contracts.
The original page design included many interactive elements and effects, including high-quality images and high-resolution videos. Therefore, our developers faced the challenge of successfully implementing these interactive elements, while maintaining their functionality, visual appeal and quality, all without compromising page loading speed.
To manage the collection of spacefaring heroes as NFTs, we utilized smart contracts on the blockchain. We leveraged the ThirdWeb framework for its comprehensive NFT development tools.
For an optimized user experience, we employed the on-chain lazy batch minting method. All character data is stored on IPFS. The minting process is delayed until the NFT is purchased. Once a user claims the data, it is minted and then transferred to their address.
We’ve developed a system of 5 smart contracts, each managing NFTs for heroes of distinct rarity levels: common, uncommon, rare, legendary, and epic. These contracts define the unique characteristics, properties, and rarity of each hero, creating a more engaging and valuable experience for users.
We leveraged Supabase, an open-source application-building platform, to develop and deploy full-fledged databases. The platform provides valuable tools like a PostgreSQL database, automated database APIs, user authentication, and file storage. With these tools, our developers quickly built and scaled applications, significantly reducing development time.
Our team created a comprehensive guide for customers on project functionality which covers key areas like using Supabase, contract management, and other important aspects. Detailed instructions and clear visual elements are included throughout to ensure user understanding.
