Successful project management requires:

Confident knowledge of Java Core
At least 2 project in the career
Experience in Microservices
Experience in Spring ecosystem (Spring boot, Spring Data, Spring Cloud and etc)
Experience in Message Brokers (Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ)
Experience in Nosql/SQL databases at an advanced level
Conversational level of English from B2

Will be a plus:

Experience in breaking a monolith into microservices
Experience as a Full stack developer (React/Angular)
Experience in interviewing in English
Experience in Cloud (Aws, Azure, GCP)
Experience in managing a team of 3 or more people, willingness to participate in setting up company processes
Familiarity with modern AI tools and practical experience applying them to security operations
