Having started as a Lead Python engineer, Ivan grew the team from just a few people to over a thousand, with a sharp focus on scaling and improving efficiency. He’s known for blending strong technical knowledge with clear strategic vision, all while building the systems that keep projects on track and within budget. He’s played a key role in scaling Innowise’s operations, from automating core processes to introducing new tech directions that drove growth.
