With over two decades in software engineering and the last five years dedicated to Web3 innovation, Alex Kalinovski leads Blockchain R&D at Innowise. He specializes in building real-world blockchain solutions, from tokenization platforms and DeFi ecosystems to modular Layer-0 networks. His mission is to make decentralized technologies practical, secure, and ready for real-world adoption.

Alex brings experience across fintech, real estate, IoT, and AI to his blockchain work. At Innowise, he heads the team behind major Web3 innovations, including a real estate tokenization platform, a zero-knowledge-powered Layer 2 blockchain with integrated wallet and AI tools for DeFi, and a modular Layer-0 infrastructure. These are not experimental projects but rather live, production-grade systems that manage millions of dollars in value for real users.

Hobbies and interests

When he’s not leading blockchain R&D, Alex loves getting hands-on with electronics. He enjoys circuit building, working with Arduino and Orange Pi boards, and prototyping smart IoT devices that blend software with the physical world.
