Pavel Orlov is the CEO and co-founder of Innowise. It’s a company he’s helped grow from the ground up for almost 20 years. He’s a straight shooter, passionate about tech and building teams that can solve tough problems. Under his leadership, Innowise has become known for its custom software development services, working with clients in areas like healthcare, finance, and telecom. He also co-founded VOKA IO, a MedTech company bringing augmented reality into surgery, making medical treatments and education more precise and efficient.

Pavel’s career has always been about growing and scaling tech companies. He co-founded Innowise in 2007 and has led it ever since, helping the company become a global player in software development. He’s worked across many industries, from healthcare to finance to telecom, always with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Pavel is also involved in VOKA.io, which is changing the medical field with innovative tools like the VOKA Surgery Assistant and VOKA Pathology 3D, both using AR to improve medical practices.

Before starting Innowise, Pavel worked in various roles, from business development in Turkmenistan to helping build up OCSICO to 45 employees. This background in both leadership and technical development gave him the skills to run a company that thrives on innovation.

Hobbies and interests

When he’s not running a business, Pavel enjoys diving into virtual reality and 3D modeling. He co-founded a startup focused on VR, modeling, and animation, blending tech with creativity. Outside of that, he’s a big fan of exploring new tech.
