Requirements:

Experience as SAP BI/BW/SAC Consultant on implementation and support projects
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA
Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
Experience with BI/BW/SAC processes design
Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and validating business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements’ gathering/discovery workshops
Experience in providing an expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of SAP S/4HANA and related platforms to address client requirements
Deep knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration
Ability to align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Ability to translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
Related customizing settings hands-on experience
Understanding integration points with other SAP modules
Ability to identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation
Fluent English (at least B1+ level)
