You need to have:

6+ years in solution architecture, AI, or cloud computing, with 5+ years in AI-specific roles
Proven expertise in Azure AI, Machine Learning, OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Databricks
Strong experience in hybrid cloud AI architectures (Azure Arc, on-prem AI, edge AI, private AI)
Familiarity with business transformation, AI strategy, and cross-industry AI applications
Experience integrating AI with ERP, CRM, and enterprise IT systems
Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and AI governance frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills—able to translate technical solutions into business terms
Proficiency in English and/or German at B2 level or higher

What to do:

Engage with C-level executives, product owners, and business teams to understand key challenges, goals, and AI opportunities
Conduct AI discovery sessions to identify impactful use cases
Develop business cases for AI adoption with a focus on ROI, feasibility, and long-term scalability
Design and implement hybrid AI architectures that integrate Azure AI, Azure ML, OpenAI, Synapse, and Databricks
Define cross-solution integrations between AI, Data, IoT, ERP, CRM, and Security
Architect MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining
Optimize AI performance across on-prem, cloud, and edge devices using Azure Arc, AKS, FPGA, and GPU-based AI acceleration
Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Implement Responsible AI practices for fairness, bias mitigation, and explainability
Work with data governance teams to ensure AI-driven insights are reliable and auditable
Act as an AI thought leader, helping organizations adopt AI solutions effectively
Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders in business-friendly terms
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless AI deployment and business impact
