You need to have:

Experience working with .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core)
Knowledge of architectural approaches (CQRS, MediatR, etc.)
Experience working with relational databases (MS SQL or PostgreSQL)
Experience integrating third-party services and APIs
Practical experience applying AI technologies or a strong desire to develop in this area
Conversational English proficiency at B1+ level or higher

Will be a plus:

Experience working with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
Knowledge and practice in ML/AI fields: embeddings, vector search (KNN, ANN), RAG approaches
Experience in conducting internal training sessions

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and supporting applications on .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core)
Designing architecture and implementing business logic
Integrating with third-party services and APIs
Participating in pre-sales and AI-related initiatives
Supporting and training developers on AI integration matters
Researching best practices (RAG, embeddings, vector search, etc.) and implementing them
Knowledge sharing: conducting internal workshops, mentoring, and presentations
