Our expectations:

5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect / Technical Architect / Lead Developer
Experience designing distributed and high-load systems, knowledge of architectural patterns (Microservices, Event-Driven, Domain-Driven Design)
Strong proficiency in Java / TypeScript / Node.js / Go / Python
Deep understanding of infrastructure and DevOps practices: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, AWS / GCP / Azure
Experience collaborating with development, analytics, QA, and DevOps teams across all stages of the SDLC
Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to justify architectural decisions and explain them to business stakeholders
Basic understanding of blockchain architecture and protocols: EVM, Cosmos SDK, Substrate, Polygon CDK, Solana, Hyperledger
Experience participating in smart contract design and integration, strong understanding of ERC-20, 721, 1155, 4626, 4907, 4337 standards
Understanding of Web3 security principles (smart contract audits, best practices, Slither, MythX, OpenZeppelin)
Experience in presale/discovery phases: creating Solution Vision, Roadmaps, estimates, and architectural presentations for clients
Understanding of integrating AI models and LLMs (LangChain, OpenAI, LLaMA) into blockchain ecosystems for compliance and automation
Experience developing and integrating data availability / off-chain storage solutions (StorJ, Filecoin, Arweave, Greenfield)
Understanding of building DeFi, NFT, or RWA platforms
Experience with DEX, Lending, Staking, or DAO solutions will be an advantage
English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Will be a plus:

Experience in architectural design of multichain and cross-chain systems (L1–L2 interoperability, zk-rollups, optimistic rollups)
Experience building and integrating solutions for Account Abstraction (AA wallets), L1/L2 chains, ZK rollups, bridge systems, oracle integrations, custody/KYC/AML modules
