For successful project work you need:

English language proficiency from B2 level and above
Experience in commercial development from 3 years
Strong knowledge of React
Experience with Redux or MobX
Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS and preprocessors
Understanding of OOP principles
Experience in writing tests
Interest in new technologies, willingness to develop a project by taking initiative
Familiarity with modern AI tools and practical experience applying them to security operations

Would be a plus:

Experience with Styled Components
Experience using frameworks and libraries other than React
Experience with Next.js or Gatsby
Experience with component libraries
Knowledge of GCP
Experience managing a team of 5 or more people, willingness to participate in customizing company processes
German language proficiency from Intermediate (B1) level and above
