Our recruitment team reviews resumes from job applicants and potential candidates from our extensive talent pool of over 70,000 professionals. We assess each candidate's background, education, professional experience, and skills to create a shortlist of the most qualified individuals.
Initial HR interview
Our HR team contacts shortlisted candidates to evaluate their work ethic, cognitive abilities, and soft skills through an interview. This stage also explores the candidate's values, motivations, and expectations to check for a cultural fit with our company.
Technical and psychometric interview
Candidates undergo an interview with our technical experts who test their knowledge of the technology stack and the essential skills required for the position. A key aspect of this interview is assessing the candidate's teamwork capabilities and their ability to propose and justify ideas.
Test task
We assign a task to candidates to evaluate their problem-solving abilities, creativity, and time management skills. These tasks reflect the project challenges but are limited in scope and designed to be completed in no more than two hours.
Reference checking
Before making a job offer, our recruiters verify references and review feedback from previous employers to confirm the candidate's qualifications and reliability.
Top management or customer interview
Candidates who successfully pass the interviews meet with the Head of the Technical Department for a final interview. This meeting covers the company’s mission and values and discusses employment terms. If we are hiring at the request of a client, we also arrange for the candidate to meet with members of the customer’s team.
Job offer to top 5% tech talent
Only candidates who go through all these stages, mostly representing the top 5% of tech talent, receive a job offer. We continue to hone both hard and soft skills among our employees with ongoing internal and external training.
