People

At Innowise, we believe in the primacy and supremacy of human rights, ethics, and international norms. Thus, our software development company rejects and condemns any form of discrimination, be it racial, gender, religion, or any other oppression. Education

We consider education as a fundamental and one of the main elements of the social development process. That’s why Innowise strives to participate in the development of local educational establishments through investing material resources, conducting educational activities, and offering education solutions. Among our educational projects are:

Innowise Student Lab is a branch of our offices, the purpose of which is to provide a platform for sharing our experience and expertise with students and novice specialists in the form of internships, meetups, open days, and excursions. Currently, our software development company conducts internships for teaching various technologies, including .NET, Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Unity, etc.

Innowise regularly helps faculties of Mathematics, Informatics and Technical Sciences of universities and opens student development laboratories there. They are equipped with servers, PCs, and VR devices. The student labs aim to become a platform for specialized training programs and professional meetups.

Innowise supports local schools, especially in small cities. Last year, we donated 50+ sets of furniture and 15+ computers to the school for the equipment of 2 computer classes.

Innowise has been constantly conducting educational activities for employees, including conferences, meetups, presentations, etc. Our software development experts participated as speakers in the Open IT conference.

Healthcare

Innowise wants to make a significant contribution to the support of local medical organizations, play a large role in the development of the Healthcare IT industry, and take care of the health of its employees through custom healthcare software development.

We have developed a hardware-software solution VOKA.IO that helps accurately diagnose and plan a surgical operation. More than 80 complex surgical operations have already been carried out with the help of our application free of charge. We believe our solution impacts largely healthcare, as new methods of surgical operations are being developed using our solution.

The company's main ecological priority is reducing the number of carbon emissions to prevent the destructive greenhouse effect and reduce the spreading of holes in the ozone layer. How are we trying to sustain the eco-friendly status? The following steps are undertaken.

Applying “A”-label devices

Innowise implements only energy-saving refrigerators and air conditioners. They have thermostats to control the optimal temperature and change working regimes if needed.

LED light bulbs installation

Ordinary incandescent light bulbs are ineffective. Practically all modern companies use LED and fluorescent ones to light up workspaces. We at Innowise go further: switch off the light when the day is bright due to large and spacious windows.

Alternatives to gasoline vehicles

Gasoline emissions from traffic are an eternal issue. Innowise supports replacing cars with bicycles or even considering electric cars. Public transport is also an option to leave the vehicle in a parking lot.

Maximum plastic usage refusal

We are trying to concentrate on recyclable and reusable materials. Plastic plates and utensils that practically do not decompose in nature are replaced by wood and cardboard.

Separate waste collection

Sorting garbage in plastic, paper, glass, and metal containers is a must-have for recycling and reusing materials. It also blocks hazardous substances from soil, air, and water contamination.

Making workspaces green

The more plants are in the office, and the more oxygen is produced. Fresh air contributes significantly to humans’ productivity and well-being. Our employees’ effectiveness increases exponentially.
