The client is a digital marketing firm based in the EU. As a digitally oriented company, they face challenges in managing and documenting the high volume of video meetings critical to their remote and in-office teams.

With a substantial portion of the workforce operating remotely, the firm struggled to effectively document and follow up on discussions held via video conferencing platforms. They previously had to manually transcribe and summarize each meeting for documentation and audit purposes. The process was inefficient and time-consuming.
Seeking a solution that would automatically summarize the meetings, the client required that it would integrate with their custom digital file storage. This way, they can keep their data flow organized in a single space.
