The Innowise team recently joined a training session focused on emotional intelligence. We broke the topic down from start to finish: why it matters at work, how it shows up in day-to-day situations, and how to actually use it in practice.
The session was hands-on and practical. Participants picked up new insights, tested ideas through real examples, and saw how emotional intelligence connects to everyday work challenges.
At the same time, the training helped strengthen skills in leadership, people management, motivation, and team development. We’re big believers in learning through open discussion and shared experience, and this format proved once again how valuable that can be.
