On November 23, the Warsaw office of Innowise hosted a Business Club meeting that brought together professionals for an open and engaging discussion about the IT industry and its direction. Pavel Orlov<\/a>, CEO of Innowise, and Matvej Matvejev<\/a>, VP of Partnerships, shared their views on the results of the year and the challenges and opportunities ahead. The discussion covered key factors shaping the IT market in 2023, emerging trends, changes in customer behavior, and the evolving approaches to sales and marketing in IT companies. Special attention was also given to the practical aspects of opening offices abroad, from choosing locations to building local teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
