The work was carried out as a close partnership, with both teams involved from early planning through launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting in July 2024, we built a cloud-based <a href=\"https:\/\/innowise.com\/fr\/cas\/odoo-erp-is-engineering\/\">Odoo ERP<\/a> system from scratch, covering Sales and CRM, Purchasing, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, reporting, integrations, and user and role management. A key part of the project was moving all historical data into Odoo cleanly \u2013 without false inventory moves, additional invoices, or last-minute workarounds. Everything migrated exactly as it should.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project wrapped up with thorough testing, a smooth go-live, and hands-on training to help users feel confident from launch.
